Arthur TIPPETT baptism 1904 and family

I am trying to find more on an Arthur Tippett who married a Mildred Noble in 1928.
I believe he was born in 1904 in the Redruth district.
Would anyone have a baptism or a kellys directory for about 1905 to find out who his family were.

Thanks for that info.
Only want the info to try and trace any siblings. We have Arthur marrying in 1928 (just sent for marriage certificate) but can't find anything after that. ie no children. They may have emigrated.
