Spicers of Hanley Castle and Castlemorton

Hi

I have a Sarah Spicer born Hanley Castle in 1737 parents Joseph and Sarah and I have found a marriage for Joseph Spicer to Sarah Evans in Hanley Castle in 1731.

I have found a birth for Sarah Evans in Hanley Castle in 1693 which could tie in although she would have been 38 when she married and 47 when the youngest child was born, I know this is not impossible but seems strange.

However, I have been unable to find a Joseph Spicer born Hanley Castle at all.   I have found a Josephus Spicer on LDS (not on the parish records) born Castlemorton c 1687.

If this is the right family I have been able to trace it right back to 1599.  However, I just need that little snippet - "PROOF".

I would be grateful, if anyone is able to help me with this.
