Oldbury - birth GRO No. 1858

I cannot order a birth certificate because I dont know the GRO details.   BMD  West Midlands do not accept visa so cant use their services either. 
Harriett CARTWRIGHT BORN Oldbury 1858.
Father Daniel,  Mother Elizabeth.
This info is not available to me that I can find anywhere.

I have found  a Harriett Cartwright listed for Oldbury with the reference  of OLD/25/56

which you should be able to get for from
Sandwell Register Office
Highfields
High Street
West Bromwich
B70 8RJ
