1901 Scottish census lookup

Could someone please see if they can find a

William Whittaker/Whitager/Whitteker who was born in Strabane, Ireland in 1884 and who married in Greenock, Scotland in 1905.

His parents were David and Eliza - born Ireland?

  Yes Wigstown is include in the census for 1901, can be found in Scotland's people which I'm afraid is fee based.
