Cornelius Fisk Goodwin (1880-1961)

Hi yogibear
I can't see Mary Ann's death on FreeBMD, or her burial on the NBI (but the surname has several different spellings so it's hard to be sure).
Do you know when Thomas married Margaret?
At the moment, all we can say is Mary died between the Censuses of 1861 and 1871.

Yes, I was wondering about the name additions on the children and then finally saw the Margaret...she must have brought some of her own children into the mix...! J.J. ( that's why we are called peepers...the request was only for parents and siblings... )

Hi, My first post on this board, so hello, and apologies if I cover old ground. Probably can’t add anything to what’s already been discussed, except to add that as far as I understand it, Thomas’s parents were John & Hannah (John died 1867 at the grand old age of 78 according to his death cert, of senile gangrene), and he had around 6 siblings – Maria, Sarah, Elizabeth, William, John and Henry. He was married twice, first to Mary-Ann Baxter (who I think died in 1860, although may be wrong on this) and had 4 children (Charles, Sarah, Henry & Thomas). He then married Margaret Sharpe in 1868, who already had a son (Samuel), and they had a further son, John (b. 1869, Stamford), who is my great grandfather. If anyone wants to discuss Egglesfield (& variants) stuff, let me know! Cheers Adam

It's on the details page as opposed to the original image, although if you're using ancestry just look at the top of the image page.
