Hi,

Is there anyone in the Newark area who could do me a look up at Newark library please?

I am trying to find my wifes grandfather, we have been told that he died in the Nottingham area (C)1949/50. The index to the register of deaths shows that a James Doyle, aged 46, died in Newark in 1950, his death being registered in the September quarter. Could someone look for a report of his death/funeral in either of the Newark papers of the time.
