help ! Huh lol

can anyone tell me what information is on a death certificate that was issued july/aug/sept 1837.

Did they give husbands name on it too ?

Hope you find what you're looking for. Most Humphreys seem to be from Wales - mine are from Surrey - before that I suspect Wales, but haven't got that far back yet.
