It depends on the type of records you require. Have a look at  the CMC Record Project site www.cmcrp.net/static/listdeath.php?t=Tipperary "The Indoor Workhouse Registers" are located in the local county libraries in the Irish Republic and for the counties of Ulster in the Public Records Office in Belfast. http://tinyurl.com/6rjo9b

Are you sure Kilgobnet is in Tipperary? I understood that it is in Co Waterford.
