Spybot: Windows Security Center.AntiVirusOverride

I just ran Spybot Search and Destroy and it claimed the file above is spyware.

When I removed it and rebooted my PC I warning callout  from Windows system tray that my computer was at risk - click here for details.

When you click on the call out it takes you to the Windows security screen and it says I have no antivirus software installed or it is out of date.  Actually I have Norton AnitVirus installed so I have to click on that area and check a box stating I have some anitvirus software installed to make the message go away.

I've had this problem before but I've just worked out what is causing it.

I'm not sure why Spybot thinks this is spyware or a virus.  Possibly someone has written a cookie that imitates a legitimate Windows cookie or settings file.

Anyway if anyone out there has Norton Anivirus and Spybot installed and is curious to know why they are getting warning messages about their computer being at risk you now know why.
