Can any one help with census or marriages for the Braintree area.
Looking for family of Ellen OSBORNE, born Braintree Sept quarter 1862. I know her father was Amos OSBORNE (Born Coggeshall @1821 and mother was Mary Ann ? (born Colchester @1819). They were silk weavers according to the 1881 Census.

Any help would be most welcome.

Ellen Osborn, daughter,female, age 9,scholar, born Braintree Essex

also at the same address is the following Osborn family,could be another son

Edgar Osborn, head, married, male, age 24,silk weaver born Essex Colchester
Eliza Osborn,wife, married, female, age 24,silk winder born Essex Braintree
William Osborn, son, male, age 3 born Essex Braintree
Mary A Osborn, daughter, female, age 1 born Mid B.Green

This I think could be the marriage of Amos and Mary Anne
