BACON/PETIT - Death

One of my ancestors emigrated to South Rhodesia and died there (She emigrated as Ethel BACON with her husband James but remarried after James died and became Ethel PETIT). 

Is there a way to find out when she died please? 

Am really new to this  Embarrassed

Have you checked the National Archives?  http://www.national.archives.gov.za/index.htm

Also, what was Ethel's maiden name?  Was Ethel her only first name?  Do you know when James died?  Who did she marry after James died - ?? Petit?

Ethel's maiden name was STOVOLD (Polish but she was 2nd generation so she was born in England)  Ethel was her only first name, I'm not sure when they died and I'm not sure who she married afterwards.
