On the 1841 census, the ages shown were not strictly correct, being rounded off to the nearest 5. If this is your family Mable, then the first child was obviously not born in 1835.

This means you can get Mary's Birth certificate from Ross Register Office, and maybe Sarah's too, but registraiton did not begin until half way through 1837.
