1841 census look up request please

looking for charles william or william charles  pike b 1835 cheshire / chester ?
he appears as william on 1881 and charles william on 1871 and 1891 Huh

father :james pike unkown d.o.b. occ printer on a marriage cert
thats all info i have im afraid , i canot seem to find him or father anywhere i do know that when charles got married in1860 and again in 1891 it was in bolton lancashire

i see wife elizabeth is with her parents in 1861 but hubby charles/william is not there  Undecided
do you have the details of elizabeth and co in 1861?

i have all census back to the 1861 with elizabeth on and thats all
i would love to find him with his parents on the 1861  1851 orespecially the  1841 as i only know his father was james and im totaly stuck

was his father still alive when he got married? i cant seem to find a charles or a william pike born cheshire c1835 on either cencus.there is however a charles born c1835 bolton lancashire unfrtunately only mother louisa is with him in both 41 and 51.

Hi

      Butting in a bit here, I have seen this one for 1861

RG9-2891-F51 P12

Again its mother Louisa and son Charles William Pike he is 25 and married but his wifes not there, he is a letter press compositor.
He may tie in with Elizabeth being on her own in 1861.

What was Charles williams occupation on his marriage certificate ?

i saw that one also but iam glad you posted it as i thought it proberley the only likely candidate.hence why i asked if father was deceased as louisa is on her own in 41 also.

once again thank you to both of you for your help
i too have found the charles with mother louisa and have been tempted to think that this may be the one , im still not 1005 sure but it does seem very likley , the only thing that has swayed me is the birth place of lancahire for charles , but there again this could just have been the enemurator's error in just assuming they all  were born in the same place , i will have to check with my source as to whether james was listed as deceased on the marriage certificate , as charles was married twice the first time to elizabeth brindle in 1860 and there was no fathers name on the certifcate ive been told , the second marriage to sarah maugham in 1891 on this certificate it was listed as father james occ printer
i will double check with my source if it states deceased
please would either of you be able to put the censu details on for me of the 41 and 51 census , i.e address occupations etc if its not too much trouble
