Hi Sandra,
Welcome to RootsChat.  I've noticed your post on the Beginners Board and thought that I would let you know there is a County Tyrone Board for Ireland.  Your query regarding the Blair family might be better placed there.  There are also lots of County Links on that Board, and you might find something of interest searching through them.
