Looking for any information on the following.

John Forsyth ( 1840 Cromarty) m. Elizabeth Freeman (1841 Bervie) in 1862 Gourdon.
Children Alexander,Andrew,Elizabeth,Helen,Isabella,John & Mary.
1881 census living Front St. Benholm, nothing further found in that area in 1891.

Alexander Forsyth (1829 Cromarty) m. Susan Beattie ( 1843 Benholm) in 1875 Johnshaven.
Children, William Hitchen,Betsey & Jessie Ann.
1881 living Front St. Benholm, nothing found 1891.

Do you know the parents of Elizabeth Freeman & Susan Beattie? I have the pre 1855 gravestone index for Kincardineshire. it might be worth a look.

Walter Freeman & Elisabeth Giggie, John Beattie & Mary Donaldson.

Though the Forsyth side didn't get to Benholm/Bervie until after 1851.

Have info on Susan Forsyth nee Beattie. She was my great grandmother's sister. Part of the family moved to Dundee and Susan's death is recorded there.
Her parents were John Beattie and Mary Donaldson married 10/06/1837 Benholm, her grandparents were John Beattie born Laurencekirk 1781 and Ann Tavendale b. 1778 married in Laurencekirk 1802. Hope this helps
