At last, it's Wednesday night again!!!

Can't wait!

I know nothing about Colin Jackson except that he has an actress sister who, I think, was in Casualty so I am looking forward to this one.

I'm looking forward to this.  I met Colin last year (he was awarded an honourary degree from my uni the same week I graduated), and it's going to be a pleasure to see him exploring his ancestors. Smiley

I was pretty annoyed  Angry until I remembered that with digital telly I can tune into the other BBC regions so don't have to wait till 10.40  Grin

Bless him! He was just so excited by it all! Ah that feeling of finding something or someone Smiley

Very lucky in being able to find everything so well! No brick walls there...

Not sure about how he managed to break the news about his nanna's grave to his mum - think maybe the direct approach not the best??

Thought this particular episode was simply stunning.  What a good type Colin Jackson is - all his various family members and people he met in his search for his roots quite obviously genuinely liked him and took to him.  His enthusiasm and delight and appreciation for the whole pursuit meant I found a perpetual smile on my face; except of course when he discovers what actually happened to the last resting place of his grandmother.
The very best of any of these programmes that I have seen, by a long chalk...
