Hi Kaz

I've had to rush and finish this off at work cos I remembered it's Friday and once again I'm off to the football tonight and if  I don't get it posted today could be Monday before you get it.

Hope it's okay.  If not let me know.

Cheers

WOW WOW  -  Polldoll & Cazza you have come up trumps again, the pictures are wonderful, going to print them off on photo paper and see how they look, thank you so much for transforming a bad photocopy into a real photograph.  Love the colour too, looks good in the colour too.

Have now got an adobe photoshop program, seeing everything you have all done has given me the incentive to give it a try myself.........lol, but need to learn the program first, and gut feelings tell me it will take months and months!  Probably years and years to get anywhere near as good as some of you on here.

Thank you all

Glad you are pleased ... I started with Photoshop 6 and now have version 7 . There are loads of tutorials online to use.. I just googled that and came up with lots.  I have been using it for about 3 years but I learn a new thing about it every day ... have fun and enjoy it .. we all have to start somewhere... and we will all help where we can...

Cheers

Thank you Polly, it is certainly seeing everything you and all the others have done that has inspired me, the good thing with me is that once I start something I don't give up easily, I have lots of patience and enjoy a challenge, think this will be one big challenge and lots of trial and error.........so here's hoping, maybe one day I'll be able to give someone elses photo a go myself and be brave enough to post the result back on here!

You are all wonderful people and so helpful

Hey has anybody noticed........my grandfather, on the righthand side..... I thought he had strange looking eyes!

Have just printed out a couple of the photos you have restored for me, it actually looks like he is wearing specs!   Never noticed this before, what do you think, could I be right?
