Rev. Wm GREEN - Vicar of Bexley died 1808
« on: Sunday 07 November 04 02:24 UTC (UK) »

Can anyone tell me if there is a headstone on the grave of the above, and what the inscription is? He was the Vicar up until the time of his death, as far as I can work out. Any information would be gratefully received as I live in NZ and don't know whether I will ever get to see it.
His son, Henry, emigrated to New Zealand.

It was the Church of England which, I believe, was called St Mary's.

Thank you.
All I have is from the parish records:

Burial:
1808 16 February
Revd. William Green, Vicar of this Parish, 38 years

There were also three of his children.

and also, which doesn't appear anywhere on that site

Will of Rev William Green, Master of Arts, Vicar of Bexley, Kent
27 October 1808.

Thanks again
June
