Dingle Poetry
« on: Friday 22 September 06 23:19 UTC (UK) »

Apparently I have a poet in my line. She was Mary Glover from Dingle. Does anyone know anything about her. I think she was my Dad's aunt. Have to check the files. I don't know if any of her work was published.

Hiya Jan,

Mary Glover appears to have had at least one poem published. It is in a book called "Ancient Town of High Renown - Rhymes and Poems from Dingle Town and Peninsula" compiled by Tom Fox. The book was published by Holy Stone Publications, The Mall, Dingle, Co. Kerry. If you email Dingle Linrary they may be able to tell you if she wrote more than one poem.

Best Regards, Chris
