Hi There 
I am looking for the marriage of my hubby's G G Grandparents Frank or Francis McKenna (a fitter or boiler maker) and ?? ?? ?? Dowd - they moved to Salford at somepoint during the 1880's (I think) they had a daughter abt 1882 in Salford - Frances - she is not with her father in 1891 - he is listed with his mother-in-law Mary Dowd from Ireland.
Can anyone help? Cant find a marriage for them in England and Wales

Forget the Dowd bit! It looks like the Mother-in-law listed is 'to be' not 'existing', as in the next census he has maried this lady's daughter.
Im pretty sure now that Frances Mckenna daughter of Francis (Frank) McKenna was also born in Ireland, as I cant find a birth for her over here
