Patrick Ledwitch of Co. Kildare, Ireland
m. 3 Mar 1840 Kilcock, Co. Kildare R.C. present at wedding: Thomas Barry & Catherine Lube
Mary McDermott of Co. Kildare

There was a Patrick Ledwich and a Mary McDermot listed for the Co Kildare civil parish of Cloncurry, town of Fanaghs in the Griffith's valuation. there is a John Mcdermot in Fanaghs, as well who may be Mary's father...or brother.

There was also a Patrick Ledwich listed in Cadamstown civil parish. His ecclesiastical parish may have been Cadamstown. There are only about 5 miles or so between Cloncurry and Cadamstown.

*Bridget m. James Mulloy and had two daughters, Mary and Eliza.
present at wedding: Richard McCormick & Mary Flinn - Knockanally

*Patrick m. Bridget McCann and they had two sons, Patrick and Peter.
present at wedding: Charles McGuire & Mary Flyn - Fannagh

*Anne m. Patrick Monahan. their children are unknown to me.
present at marriage: Pat Fitzsimons & Alice Hanlon - Cloncurry

Peter went to America, m. in 1880 to Eliza/Elizabeth McAvoy/McElvoy/etc.
they are my mother in law's grandparents.

I would love to hear from anyone who thinks they may be related to these people.
