St John's church & welsh street in early 1900's

Hello
can anyone please tell me if a church called St John's at lagan bank Belfast still exists i have been googling without success
the time period i am looking at was early 1900's  and secondly can anyone please tell me what area would welch street have been in around the same time period interested in names of Perry & McNally

Number 26 Perry, Mary

Number 36 McAnally,S (carter)

Also: Lagan Street
(Cromac Sq to Turnley St)
Number 15 McAnanlly,A (labourer)
Number 49 McAnally,N (labourer)
