On the 1930 Census, there is an Emma Morley living in Philadelphia.  She was 38 years old, immigrated in 1914, and born in England.  She was married at age 22 to Thomas Morley, also born in England.  They had sons Thomas and George, age 14 and born in PA, and Alfred, age 9 and born in England.

Maybe that's her and Tim is her brother-in-law or father-in-law?

No problem.   Smiley  My other thought was that Tim might have been a badly written Tom.

It says that Thomas was 39 years old, married at age 23, and born in England.  It also says his parents (and Emma's parents) were born in England.  It looks like he immigrated in 1914 also.  It appears that he was a WWI veteran.

I think I found his WWI draft registration card.  It is dated March 8, 1918.  It has his DOB as Feb.  9, 1891, and place of birth as Oldham, Lancashire, England.  He was living in Philadelphia.  He was an English citizen and had declared his intention.  He was listed as a seaman stoker for White Star Dominion and American Lines in Philadelphia.  He reported having a wife and 2 children.  He had no prior military service.  He was described as medium height and build, blue eyes, blonde hair, not bald, and no disabilites.

I think I also have his WWII draft registration card.  Same date and place of birth, and wife Emma Morley.  His address was 212 W. Allegheny Ave. (no town listed, but registered in Philadelphia.)  Employer is P.R.R.  30th & Market Sts., Philadelphia.  He was five feet seven inches tall and 172 pounds with blue eyes, brown hair, and a light complexion.

I think I got him on a passenger list too.  Ship name was Merion, from Liverpool to Philadelphia.  Arrived Jan. 29, 1914.  He was listed as Tom Morley, age 22, single, profession was valet, able to read & write, last residence was Liverpool.  Nearest relative was mother, Mrs. Morley at 20 Heron St., Liverpool.  Final destination was Philadelphia.  Friend's name listed as E.A. Jackson.
