Austria too Scotland

Can anyone help here. I have Austrians in family who lived and died in Scotland but where born in Austria.
How do i obtain any info does anyone know of sites that let u search Austrian genealogy.

http://www.rootsweb.com/~autwgw/agsfr.htm is a good site that covers what info is available and where.  Like a lot of other European countries, it is important to know the exact area.  Also depending on the timescale, the Austro-Hungarian empire covered much more than what is 'Austria' now so depending on timescale the records you are looking for might not be in Austria at all!

You can also try looking for naturalisation records: www.nationalarchives.gov.uk and search in the catalogue with the surname and Department code HO

Unfortunately passenger lists for ships to/from the UK from other places in Europe do not survive.
