looking for two brothers and one sister thomas tweddall or tweddell bc 1860 consett or conside or cornsay he was a grocer asst in 1881 m poss to eliz carruthers in 1884 in durham north what ever that covers
and his brother joseph 1863 poss m hanna hornsby in 1891 in durham north joseph was a steel worker
and their sister alma eveline pescod TWEDDALL bc 1856 alma was a dressmaker like her mother mary thanx gwen

The following headstone inscriptions from Blackhill graveyard may be of relevance to your research:-
In Loving Memory of JOHN TWEDDLE who died March 24th 1917 aged 69 years. MARGARET TWEDDLE, Mother of the above who died March 13th 1899 aged 73 years. [Small sandstone headstone on sandstone base at head of single-plot width, sandstone kerbed grave; some erosion. (242)]
In Loving Memory of WILLIAM BELL, died April 30th 1921, in his 77th year. Also SUSANNAH, his Wife died Dec. 9th 1924, in her 79th year. JOHN ROBERT, eldest Son died Feb. 2nd 1895, in his 24th year. SUSANNAH, their Daughter died Oct. 30th 1898, aged 25 years. DAVID, youngest Son and beloved Husband of EVA BELL, died April 16th 1923, in his 37th year. Also ELIZABETH HART, youngest Daughter of WILLIAM & SUSANNAH BELL, and Wife of ALFRED W. HART, of London, died Aug. 31st 1944, aged 63 years. MARY ANN TWEDDLE, who died at Blackhill, Jan. 9th 1904, aged 80 years. [Large, granite headstone and plinth on sandstone base. (601)] [W.Ayton & Sons.]
In Memory of THOMAS TWEDDALL who died 1st March 1869, aged 35 years. Also MARY, Widow of the above who died 15th January 1900, aged 67 years. [Black granite, 2-tiered plinth on sandstone base, surmounted by cross. Cross and top tier now laid on ground in front of base. (582)]
In Loving Memory of HANNAH, loved Wife of JOSEPH TWEDDALL, of Bessemer St. Blackhill, who died Dec. 15 1919, aged 59 years. Also LANCE their only Son, who Died From Wounds and was buried in France Feb. 18 1916, aged 23 years. [The inscription above is on the north face of a 3-tiered white marble plinth, surmounted by a cross, at the head of a single-plot width sandstone kerbed grave; the inscription below is on the west face of the plinth. Lead lettered. Top tier and cross now laid down. (433)] In Loving Memory of JOSEPH the loved Husband of ANNIE I. TWEDDALL who died Dec. 2nd. 1938. At Rest. Also the above ANNIE ISABELLA TWEDDALL, who died Dec. 24th 1959 aged 82 years. [ANNIE ISABELLA TWEDDALL is recorded in the Burial Records as being buried in grave no. 508, Section O, which appears to have no headstone.]
In Loving Memory of ELIZABETH beloved Wife of THOMAS TWEDDALL of Balmoral Terrace, Consett who died Oct. 14th 1927 aged 67 years. Also the above THOMAS TWEDDALL who died Dec. 13th 1935 aged 75 years. “Peace, Perfect Peace.” [Medium sized, lead lettered, white marble headstone, at head of single-plot width, sandstone kerbed grave. (431)][W.Armstrong, Crook.]
