I am trying to do a spot of house history.
Does anyone know of any online maps of North Sway that will help me discover when a house was built?
I am looking for 19th century maps.

Yes I've tried those links - as you said the problem is finding a large scale map showing individual houses.
I have Comyn's New Forest which shows the houses in 1810 but I don't think the house I am looking for is there.
Does anyone have a copy of Sway Snippets? Does it have any maps?
I also need to look at the tithe map but that requires a visit to the Hampshire Records Ofiice and I'm not nearby.

From memory, Sway Snippets & They also lived in Sway (the sequel by the same author) only have small hand-drawn maps in, but they do show who lived where. I might be able to consult them this weekend - what names are you looking for in Sway?

I'm looking for a house in Capel Lane, North Sway. I'm trying to find out when it was built. The census are not helpful as I can't pinpointwhere each household was - just says North Sway.

No joy, I'm afraid. I went through both books - plenty of personal names and field names, but no mention of C(h)apel lane. A lot of the work is based on Comyn, anyway. Happy to check if there are any specific names you are after.
I also tried Hampshire Treasures:

which has some Sway buildings, but sadly nothing useful for your
purposes.
If I come across anything, I'll let you know.
