Web space problem

I have just published a site onto my brothers web space williamjames.rootschat.net
I am unsure what has happened, I deleted the original index page as suggested and replaced it with my own but nothing is working. Perhaps I have not titled the files or folder correctly. Any help please.

If you open your ftp program can you see any files on the server side?

Currently your pages seem to be straddling two different sites:

http://members.westnet.com.au/julimar9/

and

http://williamjames.rootschat.net/

I have managed to fix the problem and the site is now up and running.
I had the wrong file names on the index files.
