HARRISON & TINGEY - Little Downham

Fanny Harrison, my gtx4 grandmother, was the daughter of Richard and Esther Harrison of Little Downham and was baptised in 19.12.1802. I've also found 6 of her siblings.

She married my gtx4 grandfather Robert Tingey, also of Little Downham and they had about 12 children between 1821 and 1848 and , the eldest, Mary b.1821, was my gtx3 grandmother.

I'm quite interested in finding a bit more about the Harrison family (Richard and Esther) and also finding out more about what happened to the Tingey siblings.

At this point I can't be more precise, but I wanted to point out a possible relation.  My GG Grandfather was William Jackson of Ely.  He married a Mary Tingey and they had about six children.  According to some records Mary was born about 1824.

Apparently William may have been married twice so I'm trying to figure out to who and when, but the birth cert. ( 1884) of my G Grandfather was filled out by his mom... Mary Elizabeth Jackson ( Tingey )

I'm sorry, but I may have been slightly incorrect with my previous post.
Recent research may indicate that Mary Elizabeth Tingey of Ely, married a Samuel Chalkley in Islington as of 1864.
I believe that this Samuel died in 1876, in Islington.  Mary then married my William Jackson in 1877, in Islington.
The 1881 Census shows the mixed family.
