Hi Becky

Again many thanks for the Christie and Eddington MI's. Just wanted to let you know I shared what you sent with a friend who also has Eddington interests and she was thrilled to find MI's for some of her Eddington's among them.

I'm still stuck with mine but that is another story.

Cheers
Sue

Hi Beckey, and thank you for your kind offer. You mention the name "Duncan". Any information would be most gratefully received, as I have a good number of that name in the area and have not yet been able to sort them all out.

With thanks,

Thrall.

Hello Beckey,

If your offer is still open, I'd love to know any information re WILSON.  The following names I have in my tree.

Charles Wilson who was married to Mary Hunter (died before 1901) and they may not be buried at Ayton anyway.

They had children...

Agnes born 1855
Mary Ann born1858
George born 1861
Daniel born 1863
Eliza born 1865
John Hunter born 1867
Catherine Hunter born 1869
James born 1871
Jeannie Hunter born 1873

The above James was my grandfather (died 1952) who married Agnes Helen Wright (died 1948) both at West Flemington (within earshot of Ayton).  I'm not sure if any of his siblings were in the district though so nothing may show for any of them.

They produced three children

Charles (died 1957) buried in Banffshire
Anne Aitken Wilson died early 1990's
Mary Wilson died early 1990's

Thank you if you can spare a moment to look for me.

Cheers,

Maggie (itsmaggie@yahoo.com)
