Julia Augusta HAREWELL was born in c 1858 in Brooklyn New York (British Subject).

Can anyone find the family in the USA on any records, please?

Her father was George HAREWELL and in 1878 he is described as a coach builder.  This is at the time of Julia's marriage & she was then living High Street Cheltenham.

(We already have UK census records)

I've scoured the 1850 Ohio census, as that is where young George was born.....nada Cry

The family is not in New York census for 1860 either.

Is is possible that they travelled to and from England between census...ie after 1850 for the 1853 Ohio birth, and left before 1860 (after 1858 for Julia)

No Harewell, as exact spelling, appears on any of my passenger list indexes.

Perhaps someone else with sharper eyes can find them for you.
