1861 Census Please - Mary HAGGARTY

I'm trying to find the census return for Mary Haggarty, born in Scotland, and should be aged about 75. She is a widow, and I know she died in 1875, in Prestwich, Manchester, but can't find any record from 1851 onwards.
In 1851 she lived in Halifax, west yorks, but in the 1850s the family split, half staying in Halifax, and the other half moving to the Manchester area, possibly Hopwood, Lancs.
I hope someone can help.

Hi Ben

Ive found a Mary Haggarty aged 76 on 1861 census in Essex, but born Ireland.
Cant find her in Lancs or Yorkshire.
She's a mother in law and occupation friutier, living with Thomas and Anne Patience.
Let me know if you want full details.
