Looking for members of the Sedman family from the Scarborough, Burniston, Cloughton area. My gg grandfather John Wm Sedman (b. 1844) married Ellen Nelson (b. 1847) and children were Margaret, Rose, Harold, John Wm, Daisy (my g grandmother - b. 1889).
I am trying to link this branch to the Cloughton Sedmans. Any help appreciated.

Sorry got carried away it was the 1881 census and there is a listing for his birth n the IGI of FamilySearch site also tells you the brides maiden name and gives you two more children if you click on the family link once on his birth section.

I also came across these deaths as trancsribed by Geoff Knaggs, I think that was his name. Thery are all taken from the newspapers. Some with ages some not. One who died in hosptial in South Africa.
