Well that's puzzling, unless this is the most remarkable coincidence . In the information I posted above, it is definitely Olivet (Olivet is another name for 'The Mount of Olives' in the bible).
I went back and had a look at the 1919/20 Directory and found I had missed something - the occupier of the house next door:
93 Marsden Thomas, watchman 95 Smith George Wm. iron worker
The listing then has 'Cross Chantrey Street' so Geo Wm Smith lived on or near the corner.
The following is the information at the beginning of the listing for this street:
OLIVET RD. Norton Woodseats (751 Chesterfield road.) (No thoroughfare)
I have transcribed all this from a digital image of the original directory, so I am confident it is a correct reading.
Olivet Road and Cross Chantry Road still exist today.
What is the source of the name 'Oliver Road' that makes you certain that it is the right address?
Hugh

Hi Sue,
My Great-Great Grandfather is Josheph Frost Marsden - just wondering if you have any information on this side of the family that would help me with my research?
Kind Regards
