Hello Sue and thanks for past help.
I assume that there would have been a form or perhaps a questionaire that potential emigrants to the 'Settlers Scheme' would have been necessary to submit?.
If this is so would there be anyway to peruse a 'blank' of such form?

Initially the scheme was announced in the newspapers and various flyers and people had to apply in writing to the Colonial Office for further particulars. They were initially sent a 'circular letter' which was published in the Times on 17 July 1819. I attach the cutting from the Times Digital Archive. Once they were accepted as a party leader then the head settler had to fill in a printed return with the names and details of all the men he proposed taking with him, and these returns are at Kew in CO48/47
