Can someone please tell me how I put Post Completed on the Subject heading of a Post please?

Go to the first post on the thread you have started and click on the Modify button.

Change the title/ subject heading of this post (if you change this one, it changes the title - if you change a later post, the title stays the same).

Click save when you have changed what you want.

Easy!
