A few observations only from me. Unfortunately I do not have access to the root directory of your uploaded rootschat website so it is limited as to what I can do (e.g. I cannot check to see where the html and img files are and if they are in the correct folders to be resolved).
I would direct you first to look at each page (especially the problematic ones) on an html validator here http://validator.w3.org/ - as you can see there are some significant coding errors.
However,
1) The html code is different on onetel and rootschat uploads.
2) The body tags as well as the paragraph tags appear to be the problem with inappropriate or missing tag closures (as trystan indicated). I'm not sure why or how the onetel upload manages to resolve these. But it appears on the rootschat upload that where the Rootschat logo is (erroneously) inserted is where the code indicates an 'end of script' and so it puts it in throughout some of the pages after each paragraph. e.g. this one http://forbros.rootschat.net/page02.htm
3) Regarding the images not showing on the Rootschat upload. It appears that the links to the images cannot resolve the url where the image is supposed to be. Could you double-check you've uploaded all the images and they are in the correct folder on the Rootschat server. I also noted that your images are .bmp which I'm not sure are in the list of acceptable image files for Rootschat, hopefully someone will tell you for sure.
I can point where I think the problems are but as I don't have access to your root directory I cannot propose a solution at present.
I would suggest leaving the site 'up' and hopefully trystan will have a look at the root directory.
We'll get there in the end Sunny Boy, just wait till trystan (or someone else with access) can have a better look for you. Then we'll see where we are.

I know it's frustrating.
In the meantime I don't think .bmp images are accepted on the Rootschat server (your link images are all .bmp I think) see the Guide to building your Rootschat website here http://www.rootschat.com/links/0z6/
The repetitive grey bar is to do with the html code problems I'm afraid as trystan suspected.
I'm sure trystan will try to help out when he's next online.

I have fixed up the html on one of the pages to give you an idea perhaps of how to fix up the other pages - basically I've inserted the appropriate </p> tag closures as well as removed the problematic </body> tags and generally cleaned up a bit.
I have loaded it temporarily here so you can see
NOW REMOVED
If you use the View, Page Source you can see the code changes I've made.

p.s. Hope you don't mind me temporarily attaching one of your pages to my Rootschat website but it's the only way I could check to ensure the grey bar was eliminated except for where it is supposed to be and it displays properly on a Rootschat webspace. I'll delete the page as soon as you like.
