A smile can make some ones day
Changing profile/updating

I am sure this question must have been asked before but I cannot find it anywhere. When I first joined I put very little in my profile. Now I want to add some things. When I try to do this the time expires each time and I am back to square one what am I doing wrong? Also every picture I have selected is not accepted. Can someone explain in an idiots guide for me thank you so much.
