Hello ,
If anyone is able to have a look at electoral roll or Absent Voters list for around 1918 it would be very much appreciated.
I have a postcard with an address on as
Mrs Davis
33 Ordnance St
Chatham
Kent
Its a postcard of a group of soldiers and sent to his mother by Fred.

The electoral registers for Chatham appear to be at the Medway Archives and Local Studies Centre.  I'm not sure what their procedure is ie. whether they will look up "easy" queries for free (ask for 1918 and 1919):
