Does anyone know if there is some way that I can access Catholic Baptisms in the Warrington area and the Stockport area for the 1830's (Pre-BDM)?

Hi Amanda
most records are held at the Chester & Cheshire Archives,
You don't give the name of the Church, but the only one i can find is St Albans. This is their website, with a contact number so they might be of help.

Hi Amanda and Celia,

The website states that the early records are at the Lancashire Records Office at Preston.  With Warrington having "changed hands" there are discrepancies with where the information is held, I was looking for St Elphins at Lancashire RO only to find out they are at Chester!!
