Hi

Would like to trace the marriage of Thomas Pick & Harriet Kileley, (thnk her name is wrong???). They were living in Spittlegate in 1881. Thomas was 20 & Harriet was 18. They had a daughter Morice 3 months. Presume they either married in 1880 or 1881? Any help would be much appreciated as I don't know how to find their marriage cert iven the lack of info especially as I don't know for sure what Harriets surname was???

Getting very frustrated. Undecided

I do not have Thomas and Harriets marriage for you, but I do have thw information you require to get Janes' birth certificate. On this, it would give you her mother's maiden name.

I also have the family, on the 1891 census, with a further 3
chilldren. Do you have it already? Would you like it? Let me know

Volume 7a Page 473.

I have sent you two previous messages,but for some reason,
they are not "posting"

I have the information you needs to get Morice Jane Pick's
birth certificate. On this will be her mothers maiden name.

Morice Jane PICK registered December quarter 1880, at Grantham Volume 7a page 473

I also have the family on the 1891 census, with a further 3 children. Have you got this information? Would you like it?

As promised, I have 1891 information for you.

Thomas PICK 29 head born Grantham Lincs  Boiler Maker.
Harriet           28 wife  born Brinkworth Northampton
Morice            10 dau  born Grantham  Lincs
Thursa             8 dau  born Grantham  Lincs
Hatey?             6 dau  born Kitchen ? Herefordshire  (Hatty?)
Thomas W     4.12 months  Hull Yorkshire

They were living at 8 Pleasant (Place?)  Kingston upon Hull.

Good news.....I think this may be Thomas ' marriage details

Thomas Pick registered in September quarter 1879 at Caistor
Lincolnshire Volume 7a page 666.

You can order certificates online from the Registry Office website
www,gro.gov.uk

It's easy to do, and I have found them very efficient...and you
don't have to include a s.a.e

If you are not sure if you are ordering the right certificate ie.
You want to make sure the Thomas Pick I've sent details of is
yours, then put down that it has to be a Harriet who is the bride.

I was a bit a bit of a muppet earlier, I was looking at a different posting of yours.......senior moment I am afraid.
