How did they meet?

Can any body help me identify how Thomas Cass according to the 1861 census was living in Scarborough, Yorkshire and Hannah Belcher according to the 1861 census was living in Shillingford, Warborough Oxfordshire met and had their first child in the first quarter of 1866 in Scarborough.
I cannot find their marriage.
