Hi Angie

Try this site
http://www.monaghan95.freeserve.co.uk/

He has arranged the names from each graveyard alphabetically so it is easy to go on to 'Edit' , 'Find'(on this page)'  and put in the name you are looking for.
Although there are no dates if the names match there is a strong possibility of a family connection.
If you find a possible match just e-mail your request for a photograph to Kenny Monaghan who has given us a huge resource in Ayrshire.

If you 'Google' STAIR you will find a website for the delightful little church there. It has a list of all the stones in the graveyard although there are no inscriptions for them. At least you would know whether you are in the right place or not befor you go to look up a plot number in the MI books in your local archive.

For more info on graveyards in that area Google 'East Ayrshire'  and 'South Ayrshire' . they have quite a few photos of their own graveyards and cemeteries.

Hope this helps
