I wonder if it could be Mill of Dunlappie which is in the adjacent parish of Edzell ?
To see it, go to www.old-maps.co.uk, choose 'Co-ordinate', enter 359572,767039 and click 'Search'.  On the right you'll see the numbers in brackets followed by FORFARSHIRE. Click and enlarge.
