Dear Audrey, I am not sure if your information would cover births in Devon for 1800-1805?
I posted a request a few months ago on the Devon board in the hope to find the birth records of
Embling or Emily Bennett born Cullompton between 1800-1805 and her sister Mary Ann Bennett born in the same 5 year period
