Looks to me like two children, older than infants being baptised on the same date, same parents. I have one where three daughter's of varying ages were baptised on the same date. Sort of a three for one special.
The parish record should you ever see it will have quite a bit more information.

Sorry I was thinking they were baptised around the dates they were born--so the parish record is not going to have much more than the father occupation. Generally it would not have the date of birth but some curates put them in and some if it was not an infant baptism.

Gee I work with the odd. Psychiatry is the "id" being treated by the "odd". But I am on vacation this week so I leave work there and otherwise try not to recognize it in my friends.
