You will need to use freebmd.rootsweb.com or www.ancestry.co.uk to search for the GRO referenece and then order the certificate (to obtain  any parental detail(s).)

Possible children of any marriage may be identified by looking for "Blenman" births with a mother's maiden name "Gollop"

Any site I would know about would be found by a search engine.
