Does anyone know how to find marriage records for somebody living in India in the 1900's?

The Indian office at the British Library holds indexes and microfilm records to church marriages in India.

If the marriage was registered with the consular or conducted by an army chaplain then it will appear in the overseas section of the GRO indexes held at the Family Records Centre. Those indexes are online at this website but there is a charge to see the entries.
