On ancestry.com I've come up with a possible link to my Gr Grandfather, David Ricketts.  It tells me that it's in Vol 128 Page 190, but where do I go from here?

Any help gratefully received!

You can get a copy from the National Archives.  Here is the email : newyork.archives@nara.gov

and the website.  http://www.archives.gov/northeast/nyc/public/resources.html#naturalization
