Hiya Mary,

Have you contacted the present resident of Altmor House? She might be willing to ask around and get you a few more details. Have you any idea when Patrick purchased the property. Would it have been around 1900?

Hello Patrick,

Who is Mary Malloy from Tamworth Huh I can't see much harm in entering into a discussion about the mid to late 19th century history of Altmor House? Why complain to me? Mary started this thread.

Hi Christopher
Did you find out anything else about the current Patrick Carroll
What is it he is afraid of,
He may not be any connection to my Patrick Carroll
Tell him I don't come from Tamworth, where did he get that info from.

Cheers

Hello Mary,

Are you related to the Molloy who is at Altmor Huh  www.craftmark.ie/html/textiles.asp

Her name is also shown on the website of the Crafts Council of Ireland and there's more about her on this site www.newrymemoirs.com/stories_pages/womanpower_2.html

Hi Christopher
Yes Eva Molloy is a sister-in-law, She wouldn't know too much about Altmor as she came from Holland, I don't suppose she has been that interested in the history,

Cheers
