Hi there,
Am hoping to find James Papworth in 1891 census only.
Born about 1826 Hartford, Hunts.
Am guessing he's with wife Mary A Papworth who was born about 1830 Hartford also.

cannot find an Edward Papworth, born 1871 on 1901
but there is a FreeBMD death index of Edward Papworth in Sept 1896 at Huntingdon RD vol 3b page 141.
He was age 24.

Fabulous that solves Lydia's married name - splendid.
Can you please please find Lydia Stirling in 1891
She was in Durham in 1881 if that helps.
Can't seem to find her in 1871 either.

Is it possible to find Isabel Stirling in 1891 census.
There's a Libbie Alexander age 2 with Lydia in 1891 but it says niece? born Fulham, London.
Isn't any Libbie Alexanders in the 1901 aged about 12 is there? I'm guessing not!
Am just wondering what's going on here. I guess Libbie could be short for Isabel? bit of a mystery because if Lydia married in 1886 she could have easily had her in 1888 but just doesn't seem to fit does it.

Hi just me again
Another addition just realised there's a William Papworth in 1881 with
Lydia who was with her sister Margaret Marshall and husband and another sister Annie also.
States William Papworth age 5 (makes him born about 1876ish) born Exeter, Devon.
Can we find William above in 1891 and 1901 please.
Lydia had brothers Charles 1862, Henery 1866, William 1870, Edward 1872 I haven't accounted for properly (who could be father I guess and there's a sister too) but might post for them in another post so not as confusing!
